Cayla Boehm

8th Summer

My name is Cayla Boehm and this year will be my 8th summer at Chippewa. I am from Highland Park, IL and am currently a student at Highland Park High School. Outside of camp, I like to play tennis and do volunteer work. One thing not a lot of people know about me is that I play pickle ball.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching waterskiing. I like teaching this activity because as a camper, skiing was my favorite activity and I love the lake. My favorite camp meal is chicken fingers and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is French Silk Pie. Tan & White is my favorite Evening Program because I love seeing everyone’s spirit and teamwork. I love being a Chippy because Chippewa has given me the opportunity to make friendships that will last forever. I am most excited for the summer of 2024 because I can’t wait to have campers!
