The Sari Diaries- Thursday 6/5/14

Thursday, June 05 by Sari Hirsch

Dear Chippies, Parents, Family and Friends,

The excitement is growing as we inch closer and closer to #CRC2014. Today was yet another wonderful day to be at camp. It all began with a delicious breakfast- eggs and pancakes to order…even white chocolate chips were available for the pancakes! Right after breakfast, a number of staff members participated in morning yoga on the docks. It was a lovely way to get motivated for a productive day. Throughout the morning, the trampolines were put in place, and tomorrow, we plan to have a big trampball tournament. The Wall & Ropes training concluded this afternoon, and we officially have twelve very qualified, competent and confident staff members to create the best Wall & Ropes program EVER! Additionally, we played a staff favorite photo game – Around the World – at the Center Fire Circle. The day concluded with some excellent BBQ Chicken for dinner, staff bonding at the go-kart track, and a nice round of jacks (we are making it the official camp game of the summer!). We are looking forward to another amazing day tomorrow and anxious for even more staff arrivals on Saturday and Monday! Thanks for reading and have a fantastic evening!

Happy Camping and Love,
Sari
